How it works
Paste a product link, choose where the look comes from, press the button. About 25 to 45 minutes later you have a nine-image Amazon gallery, a Premium A+ set, two editable canvases and a handover with every fact traced to its source. Your job is to direct it, check it, and finish the last ten percent.
Building a product
- Product page link. The product's own page on the brand's site is best: facts, price, photos and reviews come from there and nowhere else. No page? Paste the features and upload photos.
- Where the look comes from. This product's own site lifts the brand's colours, type and logo. Brand guidelines PDF uses the written colour codes and fonts in the PDF. Moodboard or Pinterest pin borrows only the palette and motifs of something you like, never its imagery or copy. A saved brand reuses a look built before, so every product for that brand is one family.
- Marketplace and deliverables. UK or US changes the wording rules. Gallery, Premium A+, or both; "Main image only" for a quick white-background shot.
- Model. Fable 5.1 makes the theme for a new brand. A saved brand switches to Opus 4.8, which keeps the look at a lower cost. Change it if you want.
- Notes. Anything the page does not say or says wrongly ("sample size is 1 µL", "ignore the templated block"). The job never asks questions: what it cannot resolve goes into the handover as an open question, so say it here.
- Your name and email. The name shows on the job. The email gets the client's feedback for this job.
- Build creative. The job page shows nine stages ticking and a live log. Jobs run one at a time.
What you get
On the job page
- Gallery contact sheet and each slot at 2000 px.
- A+ page mockup, every module at Amazon's size, mobile companions, the copy table with character counts.
- Two editable canvases (gallery, A+).
- Handover: facts with sources, what was left out and why, open questions.
- Panel scores on every image with a one-line critique (hover the badge).
- A zip of everything and the full run log.
The checks it passed
- Every number and claim traced to the product source; none invented.
- A+ copy inside Amazon's character limits.
- No prices, ratings, review counts, warranties, competitor names or contact details on A+.
- Slot one pure white, product only.
- Every board rendered and looked at; a second-look agent checked the files against the fact list.
- A four-person review panel scored every board; hard fails were regenerated once.
Sending it to a client
- Copy the Review link from the Admin section of the job page. No login needed. The client sees everything, marks each image Approve or Changes, adds a note, and presses Send. You and the job's email address get the feedback; it also appears on the job page.
- The Edit link is for a designer or a trusted client: the same page, but Save works in the canvases.
- Apply the requested changes (Admin section) sends the client's comments back into the job's own session. It reworks only those boards, re-checks, re-scores and republishes, usually in about ten minutes.
- Or edit by hand. Open a canvas from the Edit link, click any element, change it, Save. Every save is kept as a version. Export PNG or PDF from the board menus.
People and approvals
- Named logins. An owner or admin adds people on the Team page: name, email, role. Each gets a one-time password; the "Password" link in the header replaces it with one of their own (at least 10 characters). Members build and review; admins also manage people and rerun jobs; owners can do everything. The team password still works and signs in as "Team".
- Client change requests wait for one click. When a client presses Send with changes, the request appears on the job page and in the email with an "approve and rebuild" link. Nothing rebuilds until a team member approves it, unless the workspace setting "rebuild automatically" is on.
- Virtual bundles. Add the other product pages under the lead link. Each product's facts come from its own page; the gallery shows the set together and each item on its own board; the A+ comparison lists the items.
- Care. Full is the default. Fast costs about a third less and is a little less careful; use Full for a brand's first product.
- Standout main image. Tick it and the builder reads the live Amazon results for the product's head keyword, finds what every rival thumbnail does, and builds three alternative main images that break from it, each shown among every rival on the whole first page of results (one sheet of all the rivals, plus the real page to scroll) with the Amazon rule it bends. "Bend the rules" allows the devices top sellers use: a bold angle, the product's own packaging, a sign or card in the brand's look that carries words. What never changes: the product is always the exact item sold with its own printed branding intact, and no other product is ever placed with it, because a shopper could think it is included. The stated worst case is that Amazon suppresses that image. The client picks on the review link.
Brands
Every finished job saves its brand: palette, type, motifs, logos, cut-outs and the build scripts. The next product for that brand picks "A saved brand" and comes out as the same family, faster. Saved brands also open as pull requests on the team's plugin repo so they can be reviewed.
Where jobs build: on company machines (Rob's by default) or, when chosen on the form, in the cloud on the API key. The building side of the tool stays on company machines and in the cloud; designers and brand managers work through this website, the review links and the editable canvases. One shared password for now.
